Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team. Our environment is fast-paced and constantly changing as we continue to grow our business. This position is responsible for supporting the sales department in an efficient and accurate manner.
Requirements for this position are as follows:

Type and fax product proposals
-
Type quotes for sales reps
-
Enter orders in a timely manner
-
Customer communication via telephone and e-mail for sales reps as needed
-
Check e-mail as requested by sales reps
-
Update reports for customers
-
Send e-mails to customers scheduling following up and confirming customer visits

Create customer thank you and follow up letters
-
Compile and send out follow up information requests from
-
Coordinate meeting arrangements for sales representatives as needed, including finding facility, review contracts and order equipment.

Prepare PowerPoint presentations and bind for customers
-
Prepare and coordinate mailing of direct marketing pieces as assigned
-
Monitor inventory levels of product literature used by sales reps
-
Maintain central filing system

Create forms and fliers for use on the computer

Call potential new customers and send out key marketing information
