Shipping:
We use leading shipping services, like FEDEX or UPS to ship your orders to you. All processed orders maybe tracked at www.Lintec-Surgical.com site. We can ship them ground, Next day Priority, Nextday standard, Two day air or Next Day Early A.M to most locations in the US.
For zip codes that are not serviced by UPS or FEDEX we use USPS.
For packages weighing 2 lbs or less our Shipping rates are based on the service selected:
Ground service: $10.00
Standard Overnight: $28.00
Priority Overnight: $35.00
For International Orders please contact us to get a quote on the shipping charges.
Our International rates are competitive and are generally lower than the printed list rates with FEDEX or UPS.
We ship to over 120 countries and can use your preffered logistics provider or your air freight agent ex any ports in USA. If you do not have an agent we can offer referenes or appoint one to work with your overseas agents.
Returns:
We have a no questions asked return policy. We want our surgeon customers to be happy with their purchase and we offer a full refund less any shipping charges under our 100% satisfaction guarantee covering all Lintec MAXX, Lintec USA, Lintec Super brand of Ophthalmic surgical instruments, all Lintec MAXX, Lintec USA, Lintec Super brand of ENT surgical instruments and all Lintec MAXX, Lintec USA, Lintec Super brand of Arthroscopic surgical instruments.
Lintec offers full credit for returns that are made in perfect condition and in original packaging with the paperwork. There are no restocking fees if the item is returned within the first 30 days of invoice date and returned in its original packaging.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for products returned after 30 days but before 45 days from the original invoice date or after the receipt date of shipment. Unfortunately we would not be able to accept returns later than 45 days after receipt of shipment.
